Pamela joined the DFEC team in March 2014. She currently is our Billing and Coding Specialist. Pam also handles our Accounts Department and carries out the order of sales. She is currently creating a Human Resource Department for DFEC. Pam graduated from Hiram College with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business. Pam is also certified in Medical Terminology. She ran her own medical transcription business for over 15 years prior to coming on board to DFEC.

Pam thoroughly enjoys spending time with her three children. Together they enjoy outdoor activities, baking, and game nights. Pam’s leisure time is spent with her friends, family, and reading a good book.
