Melissa joined the DFEC team in July 2015 as an optometric assistant and scribe. Melissa had the task of learning how to input all of the eye exam data into our electronic health records. She also pre-tests patients and performs other ancillary testing. Melissa has worked in the optical field for over 16 years.  

Melissa enjoys gardening, shooting and being with her family. She is married and has a son, daughter-in-law, and grandson that she spends time with.
