Insurance

We welcome most insurance plans at our office. Due to the diverse range of insurance plans available, please give us a call to confirm whether your specific plan covers care in our office.

Medical Insurance

Vision Insurance

As of January 1, 2025, we have decided to become an open-network practice with Davis, MedBen, Superior, Spectera, VBA and NVA vision insurances. This means our practice will be able to offer you a new option to utilize your vision-plan benefits.

As an open- access provider, while we are not in-network, we can still provide you with great service and materials. After verifying your vision-plan and benefits/coverage, we can let you know how much your plan will reimburse/discount you directly.
